Vitamin E – 30 Tablets

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that has powerful antioxidant benefits that could help prevent age-related disease. It is important for your brain, eyes, immune system, and heart and can help prevent some cancers.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE :

1. Take 1 capsule per day after a meal in the morning.
2. Vitamin E is good during pregnancy however it is advised to include vitamin E in your pregnancy diet by eating the right foods, rather than taking supplements.
